Ultro Plant and Equipment are a highly experienced team that came out to the farm to fix and service our bulldozer. Ryan responded to our calls and requests efficiently and made it very easy to communicate our needs with. Ultro were true to their word and we are very impressed with the amount of detail they paid to the machine to get it working 100%. Jaik was particularly experienced and his attention to detail was very impressive. He did not leave without us being 100% happy with the job.

Ultro have been incredible to deal with ive purchased a 155u and 50u both machines have exceeded my expectations.i dealt with peter for both the sales who was very responsive and helpfuli now also have Ultro servicing all my excavators and trucks and couldn't be happier with the serviceboth nick and ryan in terms of servicing and questions have been fantastic answering calls and getting things done ASAP

I bought a 1.8t Excavator & trailer 12 months ago from Ultro Plant & Equipment in Pakenham. I was not ask to write a review but the service the guys have offered is so outstanding I had to post something. I just like to mention a really big special thanks to Nick who I literally can call 24/7 and is happy to answer any of my queries or help in anyway, for it's my first time owning an escavator. Highly Recommended!!!

We popped in today to show our two year old little human the giant digger that he is just obsessed with when Nick popped outside, opened the gate, opened the door of the digger and encouraged him to explore and learn- then popped inside to get him a little toy that I think we love more then he will for a few years, Nick, the world needs more people like you, we are so thankful and can't wait to come back!There's a 6 pack coming your way!
