David was the agent of the house we purchased. From the first call we made to him, he was approachable, professional and fair. November last year my wife and I went through the buying and selling process. Being a young couple we found a lot of real estate agents didn’t take us seriously in the price range we were looking at. We were lucky enough to run into David at a neighbours open home, leading up to selling our house David gave us great insight into the market and helped us feel confident in the decisions we made. In the end, we decided to sell through David and the McGrath team in Buderim. David exceeded our expectations, I’ve always been suspicious of “Sales People / Real Estate Agents” but David came through for us and really put his money where his mouth is. During the whole process we were also looking at buying our dream home, we spent quite a few months looking around and finally found a property we really liked. Turns out the property we were looking at had some major problems with it and the estate agent representing this listing was even worse. If your reading this review, you're probably thinking this “reviewer” is talking David up way too much but honestly he helped me and my wife avoid a huge mistake that would have impacted the rest of our lives. Anyway, this was the short version of events, in the end David sold our house for more than we anticipated, helped us avoid a huge financial nightmare and helped us eventually buy and settle our dream home. In my opinion, he earnt every cent of that commission just in man hours on the phone to me. So if you’re a young couple who is new to the field of buying and selling and want someone who actually cares what happens to you, give this guy a call. I CAN’T RATE HIM HIGH ENOUGH!!!
