Halal dumplings is a big thing for Muslims but this resturant doesn't worth anything. The food is not tasty, the price is very high. The attitude of the people over there are next level. We asked for some extra soya sauce, the old lady completely ignores us. Here you cannot just enjoy a soup and dumplings you have to order main course or they will ask you to leave. We had to order something from main course and it was disappointing. The quantity and the food quality definitely do not worth the money.

Oh my God!!!! The best Chinese food hands down!!!!! So good! They are halal & even have a Salah place. I don't have words. The food is just delicious & authentic. We had the hot n sour soup, fried chicken wontons, vege fried rice, black pepper honey chicken with cashews & garlic chilli beef. Every single thing was yummy!!! The veges in everything were crisp and flavourful. So good! Must try!!!

I wish I can give this place 7 stars.My family and I really love Mama Wong restaurant. We have been their loyal customers since they were on Flinders Street.The food is really nice, tasty, fresh and authentic. Prices very affordable. Venue is very pleasant, extremely clean and perfect for family and friends gatherings.

It was a bad experience from the moment we stepped into this thing. I wouldn't even call it a restaurant. The food doesn't taste anything like it should. The Laksa and green curry hardly hard any coconut milk in them and they tasted less than average. The Hokien noodkes was disgusting. They also charge $4.5 for a tiny serve of rice. The spring rolls were kind of ok. When we provided our feedback to the waitress the old man came out fuming with anger and was extremely hostile. Since we had kids at the table I saw fit not to engage in any discussion with this man. At the end it was a $75 bill for the worst food and worse experience. Stay away from this hole.

Mama Wongs is not only the tastiest and most delicious looking, it is also the most beautiful place to be because you are always very welcome here. The food and meat is halal and there are vegetarian options as well. It is really good value for money as usually just one dish is enough to make you full but always wanting to come back for more!Highly recommend as there is also a prayer room and the cleanest toilet I have ever seen.

I am long time customer of Mama Wong since when it was at Flider Street station.Since the business has grown, I have seen they have lost the respect of permanent customer relationships.They are more greedy on charging for every single thing. The lady owner has completely lost how to respect customers. They just want to process online orders and make you sit and unwelcome.From now on, it's off my list and recommendations. Customer go to enjoy food and environment with respect.

Great place to eat Halal Chinese food. Food is very delicious. However don’t expect a smile on staff’s faces, they’re usually not warm or welcoming, however they get the job done without any fuss.It’s located on part of Sydney Road where it shouldn’t be much problem finding a parking spot for dinner.

Uber Eats order.BB chicken lacked sauce. Some undercooked veg.Prawn crackers tasted stale.Could be a one-off but overall not a great eating experience. Perhaps in-house might taste better.
