A pleasant area to take your dog for a walk or to stretch your legs. There's a small boat ramp and cyclist route nearby, and an area of grassland too.

Really nice along the Macquarie River. Only draw back was 35c at 7am and you can hear the traffic from both bridges. Saw kingfishers, fairy wrens, kookaburra, cockatoo, grass parrots.

Has toilets. BBQs- one was out of gas. Little playground. Nice park.

Lovely place to take your dogs for a walk and relax for a while by the river. Beware of dogs off leash, some people think the laws don't apply to them and their dogs are uncontrolled and run at your dog. Also be aware of cyclists without bells flying past.
