What a gem. Possibly the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Who would have thought a little town would have such great food. We had the seafood in crab sauce, bbq pork in honey and Mongolian beef along with stir fry veg in oyster sauce and it was to die for.

The Chinese Restaurant at the Golf Club's service is deplorable. They can't cope with demand and continue to take bookings, knowing they can't cope. I think they're greedy and they only take cash.We ordered at 6.30 and by 8.30 still didn't have our meal while others who had ordered after us were receiving theirs. After enquiring several times and receiving all sorts of excuses we demanded our money back and left. Would never go there again.

Great friendly service. Beautiful updating, carpets, curtains, bar tables etc. Great food. The fairways and greens were top in presentation. Driving south we found ourselves in Canowindra hungry for dinner. We stopped at the golf club. The Chinese restaurant was open on a Monday night. We went based on the reviews and they were right. It was super yummy, the Mongolian lamb was tasty and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. Definitely worth stopping for great Chinese feed.

Fairly basic food, highly priced with not much meat in dishes, lots of onion and celery quite disappointing although recommended by some locals.
