I like coles products but this store really needs a facelift. Everything just seems a bit old. Was a bit of a mess today had to avoid boxes walking down the aisle. The staff are always friendly and it’s always fast to get served but I imagine this is because everyone goes to the updates woolies down the road.

Customer service is non existent. Having milk with a shelf life of 24 hours and refusing to change over. Your just lost a customer that spends a significant amount of money every year and has done so for 30 years.

My major bugbear is that the aisles - particularly at the top - are so cluttered. It can be like Piccadilly Circus when it gets busy. Also, some of the checkout operators simply can’t pack - cans of tomatoes on bread, tinned items in the cooler bag and cold meat in cloth bags. As well, when there are big queues and not enough operators, no one does anything about asking for help. They just look at you - no leadership. So frustrating.

What are totally useless supermarket. This Coles seem to be out of stock of anything you want, the fruit and veg section is a joke the staff are rude and lazy. Save your time and frustrations and just walk 2 minutes and go and shop at Woolworths instead.

Needs a facelift. Needs more range and better checkouts such as the new style of self serve with the conveyor belt. Staff are good tho. Especially Deb, I always try to go thru her lane. She's like having a chat to your Nanna, always makes you feel uplifted and warm.Store location isn't ideal..u have to walk thru the shopping centre to get to it..no outside access.

Waited 25mins for a click & collect order in the heat. Had to go in store to enquire. Bread, milk, potatoes weren't bagged. Eggs were packed with meat, upside down, not flat. Poor customer service all round. No longer convenient or reliable.

Well what can I say that the photo doesn’t, very messy rubbish down the aisle. Not a great look when the store is open, very limited range as well. Doesn’t stock a lot of lines, can see why a lot of people tend not to shop hear. On a positive the staff are always friendly

Christmas Eve is ideal time to grab your bargains at Coles. I saved some $ 20 in a $45 spend. Sunscreens are almost all half price.
