You'll need a 4wd to get to the car park in wetter conditions or if the track hasn't been maintained. Nice walk through the snow line and snow gums with some great views from the top

Great hike that takes about 40min - 1hr. Viewpoint from the cairn on top faces East so best for Sunrise viewing.
