My friend had absolutely the worst experience here! Required rotator cuff surgery. Unfortunately the medical surgical ward was down one nurse, so apparently patient care is then no longer the focus! Medication error, not given meds prescribed and left in agony! He was cold and had to try and make his own bed, with one arm, in an attempt to stay warm! No one could tell him if the surgery was successful, and told if he wanted stronger analgesia for the pain, he would have to go to his GP! Total disgrace!

Everyone I encountered here was patient, helpful, reassuring and caring. You felt you had one on one service and not just a number". My first general anaesthetic (gall bladder removal) and all went very smoothly. Dr Tien the surgeon talks to you before the operation and the anaesthetist to answer any questions. Couldn't fault this hospital. Free visitor/drop off parking and easy pick up at front after procedure. Homely smaller hospital but high quality."

I would like to thank all the staff members including all the hardworking nurses and the Surgeon. They are very polite, caring, and made me so comfortable talking to them. The hospital is very clean and accessible. I would say please don't take anything for granted, just feel the way they treat you and do everything for your comfort and health. Thank you for taking care of me.

My name is Bill Lucas, I am having some physiotherapy department and the lady whom served did a terrible job I recently broke my knee cap the lady who worked there just put on a brace for my leg and didn't bother explaining how to take it off and put it back on again. Very poor effect, very slack, and not wanting to do her job properly, could someone give me a call tomorrow morning. I need to know if I can make a appointment or not.
