Delivry man Ran up the drive way past the car never knocked left card and ran away all in space of 10 sec. (On camara).By reading the reviews management obviously don't care and let them do it and Australia post dont care what there mangers are doing. Sad discredits the whole company

Card left in mail box with incorrect name and tracking code that was unreadable. After figuring out it was mine, went to website and no option for re-delivery. Card had Welshpool depot as pickup location. As I live in Melville, I looked at the website to see where it was. No information on location. Took time off work to drive across town to Welshpool depot. On arrival, told it was not there. It was at the airport depot and the only way to pick up was by appointment. The lack of care this business has for it's customers is beyond belief.

I have had to complain to Aus Post the last 10 times as the delivery drivers from this post office NEVER actually deliver anything. They just drive straight past my house and take it to another post office, then say they attempted delivery. They never leave a card or anything. Is it possible to arrange some training for these people so they can learn that delivery driver" has 2 aspects to the job?"

I returned to sender a parcel from Laverton Wa back to my son in Albany on the 23/5/2023 and he still hasn’t got it. The fellow at the post office didn’t give me a tracking number so now it’s disappeared. This Australia post in WA is disgraceful.

Spent $122 on a parcel that reached my local Welshpool depo, then no update for 4 weeks for Australia post investigation team to email me saying there's no update sorry I need to call the sender of my parcel. What... it reached to correct depo then magically disappear!?

Extremely poor service from this so called post office. I bought items to use for my business from over East and it arrived at Welshpool 5 days after ordering it, but instead of Welshpool sending it out for delivery, they sent it to Melbourne!?! Then it took another 9 days for it to get back to Welshpool and now there's been no update for 7 days and it's getting increasingly frustrating to wait and wonder if it will ever get delivered. I have sent enquiries to Aus Post, but they won't do anything until the parcel is late for delivery, which is difficult when the estimated arrival date st keeps getting pushed!!

My parcel from Sydney to Nowra NSW 160 elms has been directed to Welshpool WA not once but twice. WHY, parcel should have arrived on 24 January, I still do not have this parcel. Well Done Australia Post!!!

The delivery driver for the Wattle Grove area does not knock on the door when delivering packages, instead chooses to continually take the parcels to the Forrestfield Post Office. i am in a wheelchair and pay for express shipping to avoid these issues and it causes additional transport costs and inconvenience when the driver does not have the curtisey to notify of pending deliveries. Very poor service by one of its drivers.

Oh boy. When it says it’s in Welshpool. My heart drops. I know I won’t see my parcel for at least a month after the due date. Guys please sort your **** out!
