Floor staff were more interested in having their conversations than helping customers. Asked for the location of some vitamins and after a very half-hearted look was told they don't sell/stock it. I found it on the shelf myself.

Do Not Go this Shop never ever!Toooooo Busy Monday Morning.I had waited for half an hour from 10am to 10:30 for 2 small things.I had worked over the weekends.Tooo tired. And sick of it.

I called the cwh virginia store on behalf of a customer and the guy over the phone had a strong accent. He said I don't have their order" and I haven't even given him a name or details of it. The receipt the individual had said click and collect VIRGINIA. He was very rude to the customer when they called and when I called he didn't even ask they name before saying they don't have it. It was a delivery and their name wasn't in the system. If I was that gentlemen I would have better communication skills to benefit the customer."

Now that my Health Ombudsman case is closed I can finally talk about this and warn people.I had a staged delivery script with this chemist - four tablets per week for a powerful pain medication for my chronic illness.I would go and collect it every week, no dramas.However I had a surgery that improved my symptoms for a few months, so I didn’t need to go and collect my medication. My prescribing doctor told me this was fine.When I eventually did need to go and collect it after that time, I was told the remainders of my medication (which I had paid for the full amount at the beginning) had been destroyed.I had not been informed of this and one of the sales staff LAUGHED at me and said he couldn’t believe I would think my medication was still there? Then a pharmacist showed me the documents I signed at the beginning. There was a page talking about destroying the medication after six months. But I had not signed that page because it was not presented to me at the start. My signature was not on it. No idea where that page came from.They only agreed to refund me the full amount of the tablets after I threatened to report them but that’s not the point. I was treated like I was stupid and was not informed that nearly half of my supply of medications was being destroyed.I would warn against doing staged deliveries with this pharmacy, but if you do, please be aware they may just destroy your medication supply and not inform you. Have a backup plan.

Hi,I have bought a skin cream for my 4 year old. It was Mupirocin 2% Ointment 15g on the script and when the pharmacist asked me whether I would like a generic I said Only if it is signicantly cheaper"

Much busier since the Toombul Shopping Centre closure. The team does their best but some days there is a huge wait for prescriptions.Good range of various items.Otherwise, fairly typical of a Chemist Warehouse.Parking is available out the front which is shared with other businesses. It’s pretty good, at most times you will not have a problem getting a spot.Staff are very individual - some are exceptional (helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable) and others are… well… lacklustre (disinterested, provide the wrong information etc).

it is really disgusting services ever i bought my cholesterol medicine and i had really bad experience one of the cashier dying blonde hair cashier very rude i felt racism i am an asianshe was verry kond whjte not me even no say hello anoyher isdues the ladies cam very late from prescription another casier take tjem first to pay while i was waiting very llong. i will never go ahaagain.

Good chemist. Well stocked with a huge range and excellent prices. Pharmacists are helpful. Sometimes a bit of a line up at the check out but you don’t have to wait long.

Staff was helpful. The Shelves always packed unless really out of stock. But all-in-all you can buy almost anything you need in the chemist. :)

Check your receipts before you leave the shop! Get a physical receipt!I go there regularly and they added a $18 script to my bill that I routinely get but didn’t get this time. When I went to get my money back it was clear that your full set of regular scripts come up and the check out personnel click which ones you’ve got that time. Very easy for human error to click the wrong ones. Should be based only on what is physically scanned.This problem is exacerbated by the fact that chemist warehouse do not have visibility of what they are charging on their POS (Point of Sale) registers. Very dodgy!!Get a physical receipt as it names the items. Emailed receipt just says “medicine item” so extra hard to tell you’ve been ripped off.Friendly staff, pharmacy staff good and they did give me a refund.
