Great place, Paul the owner/operator knows almost anything to know about how watches and clocks work. There’s almost nothing that related to timepieces he cannot fix or at least point you tot he right direction. No matter if you’re looking to change a battery or have your Rolex serviced (even overhauled), here is your one-stop-shop. It’s only a small shop, but the attention to detail is there.

Took my watch here to have it's bracelet sized for my wrist. I've sized a few bracelets before but this one defeated me. Not Paul though! He sorted it out and sized it in just a few minutes. I bring a number of my quartz watches here to have their batteries replaced every two years. Excellent and polite service every time. Thoroughly recommended.

Paul is the among the best there are in his line of work. A consummate professional and a master at what he does.I had a problem with my carriage clock that I had taken to several stores in the CBD to have addressed however none of the stores were able to address the problem. Then I was directed to Paul and Inside Time and can not tell you how wonderful it was to have someone be able to address the problem and rectify it to such a high standard. His workmanship is outstanding. His pricing is incredibly fair. Very happy with my result and would completely recommend him to all others.5/5 *****

I recently had some major repairs on my watch completed by Paul. It came back looking as good as new (if not better), the quality of work was outstanding, I was given regular updates, and the pricing was definitely fair for the quality of work completed. I would happily recommed him to anyone needing any services.

One of the most pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful establishments and proprietor I have dealt with in many a year. In short, if you have a watch, any watch that needs a service or repair - Don't go anywhere else. Paul serviced my Omega Railmaster, and cleaned / polished it so that it looks and runs like new. Fixed an old Seiko automatic that I was quoted by a known chain type jeweler at $300 plus parts in about five minutes while I waited for no charge !!In short, good old fashioned and personal service is so hard to find in this day and age.Thank you Paul....

Paul is great - an expert watch restorer by day and probably a horologist by night. He's the man you need for all clocks, watches and time keeping pieces including service and overhauls. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I took my cheaper brand watch to Paul and at no point did he look down on me for bringing him an inferior watch. He professionally explained the pros and cons of fixing vs replacing the watch and, when I decided to get it fixed, he kept the cost down to a minimum. He was respectful and courteous in all my dealings with him and I was very happy with the service.

I had a Seiko 007 watch that was always running slower, sometimes losing 10+ minutes a day... Due to this I had it sitting in my drawer for months until I found this repair store nearby.I booked an appointment with Paul, and he was extremely kind. He identified the problems and fixed it for me immediately!Thanks again Paul, highly recommend :)
