Zone Bowling Frankston

Very dated and would actually be better with lights when your bowling. The arcade is great to entertain the kids and the food is good. They seem a bit understaffed though.

Overall, a great venue for a birthday party. I would recommend only doing 1 game of bowling as 2 games take a long time for younger children. The children also enjoyed the arcade games. The children's party meals (chicken nuggets/hotdogs and chips) pleased the children, and the Cafe had a variety of healthy options and really good coffee. (Allow 3+ hours for a party). The staff were very accommodating in troubleshooting our needs on the day. We will definitely return. It's an excellent location for a half day of entertainment when the rainy weather sets in.

I want to say a huge thank you to all the fabulous staff that were working at Zone on Monday the 19th December at 2.30pm. They gave my son the best time for his birthday and were so accommodating of all of our annoying requests. We were so thrilled with the wonderful service and attention we got at both the front desk and the snack bar. We will 100% recommend zone for kids parties and we will be back again! Thank you all so much ☺️

Great to relax and enjoy yourself.The staff were friendly and helpful.The food was good, eventhough maybe a little overpriced, but overall very tasty.

We had my son's 10th birthday party here on a Friday night. Jayla was a fantastic party host and I appreciated Alison calling a few days before to reconfirm all the details. The kids had a great time!

This review is based upon the manner the situation was handled + the lack of proper lights which made bowling no fun at all.Even though there’s some policy that we as customers are not aware about, I am sure there’s a better way to explain and resolve the issue(never had similar issue at any other bowling centre around Victoria).The staff member named Melody wasn’t directly rude but she definitely failed to deal with the scenario in the best possible way. It was the “not wanting to deal with it” attitude that stopped me from purchasing additional games.Also not enough lights to have a good game.

On Tuesday night 14/2 at be league bowling I was served by a young girl named Hailey who was absolutely a pleasure to be served by. She was so helpful and eager to accomodate my request of changes to my burger. Smiling and bubbly personality with outstanding customer service skills. Every time I come to Zone Frankston all the staff are so friendly and bend over backwards to help make everything perfect for you. They are polite, full of smiles and treat everyone with respect and kindness. Such an amazing team.

Thank you! My daughter had a fantastic birthday party today! The food was excellent, especially the cinnamon donuts! Yum! The staff were very polite and accommodating! Our host Tia was so patient and friendly and she made all the kids feel welcome. ☺️
