I have had a very bad experience with the installation of the car seat.I arrived earlier to the appointment (more than the 20 minutes that they suggest), but they took a lot of time to process my payment and gave me incomplete indications to reach the area where the car seats are installed.In addition they did not have any signs on the street that led me to the correct place. Eventually I came a few minutes late and the told me that I had to reschedule the appointment!For me it was a disappointing and frustrating experience as I think that what happened was simply unfair and demonstrated lack of customer care. Undoubtedly, they lost another customer.

Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Great shopping experience and will definitely come back!!

Standalone Baby Buntings have some advantages and do prefer them, but this one is still a good size, and has a good layout and range

My partner and I are expecting our first, Baby Bunting Knox was prompt with internet orders especially for the important things like a car seat and other needs.

Amazing store. Called yesterday in regards to a car seat installation and the younger girl on the phone went above and beyond in helping me with my inquiry, even the height limits of the car park (4WD height) thank you so much. We'll definitely be contacting this baby bunting in future.

I had a really good experience here today, Vlada especially really helped me out. I asked for a particular car seat that I didn't realise wasn't suitable for my toddler but she looked at my daughter and sent me in the right direction for what we wanted. I am so greatful that she put effort into making sure we got what we were actually after. Her and every one that I interacted with there were all so lovely and friendly. I recommend going to this store you will be well looked after.

The only Baby bunting to go to in the eastern suburbs. Ella was exceptional in her customer service & I purchased everything I went for & more.

Met the store manager Jess in store today and we cannot speak more highly of her. She is friendly, enthusiastic, and gave us heaps of information. As first time parents, being lost and overwhelmed, Jess was our saviour and we cannot thank her enough. Thank you again!

Usually buy most things online these days. Dropped into store @ Knox today and was served by Jane! She delivered excellent customer service and was very friendly and helpful also. Definitely return to store for future purchases!
