Needs an update but it does the job it hasn't changed in over 20 years apart from the carpark

Best athletics track. Open to the public. Has everything you need and all around great vibes.

It's is very nice open place for any day of the week, you can go for walk alone and/or with group of friends and families, you can take your dog for walk around this beautiful park. This place also has a well organized, sealed and clean dog park that you can get in with your dog to interact with other dogs, it is very safe for dogs as well as dogs owners. You can also go around the park bike riding since it has signed bikes lines, I personally take the kids for bike rides around this park once a week and more during summer time.You can also do and enjoy different activities in the opened maintained grass area such as using your drones, helicopter, play soccer or footy with mates and family.It has well organised and professional athletic ground that is used for different completions and most schools are attending this place bringing their students for different types of competitions competing internally or against other school kids. If you are not living far from this please then you need to check it out.There are different entrances for this beautiful park by car, one from Ferntree Gully Road opposite Scoresby Road in Knoxfield and other via or from Stud Road in Scoresby. While it has countless entrances via bikes or walk.Parking is easy near the dog park as it has plenty of spaces.

Canteen doesn't accept card, a lot of rubbish when we got there. It was alright.

They really need to repair the jumping boards at the long jump/ triple jump pits. Today, my friend jumped off the long jump board towards the canteen side of the track and he slipped on it, resulting in a Tibia bone fracture in his knee. He will be out for 3 months due to this. The board wasn’t wet, but it was very old and very rundown.

Currently a sign displayed banning members of the public. Weekdays between 4pm to 7pm, Wed (4pm to 9pm) and every weekend if there's a competition due to COVID protocols. I understand during a scheduled event or competition, but I can't jog the outside lane on a weekday afternoon in the open air because of COVID protocols? I can't use the gym equipment by the side of track because of COVID protocols? The Knox Park Athletics Centre is a place for people of all ages and abilities to explore their fitness and improve their health." - But only when we say so and NOT at the most accessible times."

Great place to let a dog free and run. I sometimes also join the run

Good facility but the canteen does not take card and the lady who runs it is quite rude.

Attended Menzies creeks primary school sports at this venue and had a great day . What a joy seeing everyone having a lovely day and the kids trying with confidence different events ,knowing they might not win, but still having a go. Teachers give yourself a pat on the back because of your guidance they were able to do this. The venue is lovely with plenty of shade n seating, though the toilets a bit smelly. Lovely place to go to for a run and exercise.
