Another year of Australia post failures! Waited home all day for a parcel and nobody came. No ring at the door, no call, nothing. Then after 4pm I get a message to say that delivery had failed and I would need to collect from Australia post next week! It’s become normal to lie to their customers! What a poor excuse this once great company has become . Disgraceful!!!!

GREAT.I get my parcel at locker today.Thanks Angelina ( she is at collection parcel) so much about looking for me my lost parcel ( lockdown at my shop @freshwater place ,no receiver, return back more than 20days). She is so kind and responsible to look after my parcel. I hope you stay safe

My parcel was returned overseas to the shipping company without me knowing, as I was expecting two to three months of wait. I didn’t receive any email, text message, or notification card from the post. The more frustrating part is that they didn’t deliver my parcel at all, because I was just at home those days. After talking to my friends, they pretty much experienced the same situation where nobody from this place would deliver their parcel. It’s extremely disappointing. Worst case scenario I have to repay my shipping fee if AusPost will not take any responsibility.

Luisa, I cannot thank you enough for your effort in being able to locate my parcel. The sender had make a mistake with the address and the parcel was then redirected back to the Australia Post warehouse. Whilst I was hopeful, I wasn't expecting success today and was about to request a refund from the sender. Your friendly attitude, patience, and efficiency not only ensured everyone got served in a timely manner, but you went above and beyond and actually located my parcel. 5 star customer satisfaction Luisa, thank you so much. Also thanking Australia Post for their hard work in being able to keep on top of things regardless of circumstance.

Had to drop off a vanload of parcels due to some of the disruptions and complications a the moment with COVID. The team were super friendly and helpful with a great demeanor and attitude.Just wanted to say thank you, and keep it up. There's a lot of 1 star reviews out there that are talking about the whole network and their own personal delayed parcels, but that doesn't reflect my experience at the business hub.

Tracking a lost parcel can be a frustrating and time-consuming task, but this employee managed to locate your package in less than a day. Not only did they find my parcel, but he also provided me with a place to go to retrieve it. What an awful and shameful company, package took three times longer than quoted to arrive and it never arrived, I had to go and ask about it. The staff, reluctantly looked for it and found it on a shelf at the back, so, this package took three weeks to arrive from Sydney, woeful service

Absolutely terrible!stood. Stood for over half an hour in line to be told they couldn’t find it! Took my number but no call today. So now I have to go back AGAIN when it’s found to collect, it’s a hassle as I don’t drive. I received an email saying it arrived but they don’t have it???? SO annoying. The systems at the centre need reviewing as Monday staff had NO clue where Friday staff had put parcels. Bad customer service.
