Don't ask them for help , the receptionist is rude , U will cut yourself more , U will want to die more , u will be told not to ask them for help cause they can't help you , you will be told they can't do anything for anyone with mental health condition , if U have voices in your head telling U to do bad stuff don't ask for help ok

A mental health worker/ registered nurse at this facility made a malicious comment about me and my family history publicly, she does not know me personally. I was a previous client of this facility as a child, I have submitted a formal letter of complaint to the district manager and nothing has been done.I also was not made aware of, or given koori aid in the meeting. This is a clear breach of operating procedures, and code of conduct. Because of this, I consider my local mental health clinic to be of no assistance to me and an unsafe environment. I worry that the mental health worker in question's actions will effect my family and my own mental health.
