The washing machines are huge so can take a family of 5 full weeks washing and the dryers are even bigger allowing you to dry all your washing in a short period of time! Generally the people using the service are great way to meet and socialise suprisingly

Our Queen sized Quilted Cotton Quilt & Feather Down Doona needed cleaning so I took them into the Ballarat Laundry as I have always done. The staff provided excellent service and let me know the doona would cost $44. The bedspread was $30. I must admit I was a bit surprised at the cost.I got them back Monday and they did a great job of both, however, I have decided this is the last time I will have these items laundered there.Instead I'll purchase a new doona at the end of winter. This time I think I'll buy a cotton/polyester blend so I will be able to launder it myself.I also think I will be to take my bedspread to the laundromat next Summer to wash and spin in the larger machines, I'll then bring it home to dry in the sun on the clothesline. I'm pretty sure I will end up saving a fair bit.

Easy to operate machines, though the coins were getting stuck in one but I managed to resolve that issue without harm to man or machine.
