Great spot. Lots of benches along the river. Failing those, lots of grass on the bank for sitting, but on quite a slope so picnics would be a disaster.Public loos very clean. Well maintained. Great spot.

Lovely spot to sit by the magnificent Murray River & just enjoy the surroundings. The car ferry traveling back & forwards is interesting to watch. Waikerie is a great town for an over night stop. ❤

Hi a great place to have break if travelling or just spend the day ferry handy boat ramp free bus plenty of shade large playground safe swimming tieup for houseboats short walk ti pub bakery woolworths

Great for a day by the river. Plenty of parking, ample shelter with seating and free BBQs.

Did not know that there was no drinking water and tv. Old amenities. Lovely grass area and view of the lake but that was where it ended. Not good at $28 a night.
