Quality of laminate bench top itself good. 3 Stars given for the following reasons.Had a quote done with the cabinets in place this including measurements and left the cook top manual out so the size for the hole could be cut correctly. I was asked if I wanted to buy a sink, a verbal agreement was made that if I purchased the sink then Joinery Connection would cut the correct hole in the cabinet.Install day came and when i got home I found a half completed job. the cook top hole was cut in the wrong place and no cut out in the cabinet for the sink as discussed. When I got in touch I was told work stopped because my kitchen was not square.The kitchen itself indeed is not square however the cabinets were and all that needed to happen was the rear of the bench was to be cut to follow the wall. Instead the installer tried to scew the top around and short cut the job by asking me to move my island bench to match his bench top. When I asked about the sink I was told We are not here to complete your half done bunnings job" I was laughed at for questioning his work. To be fair they did come back and fix the cook top issue but the whole bench now sits out of whack by a few degrees.Basically it comes down to don't make promises to get a sale that you cant keep and don't quote for a job you can't do correctly. I had the job assessed by another joiner and they agreed that all cabinets were perfectly square and all that had to be done was shave that back part of the bench to fit."
