I went for a walk around Randell Park. It was exactly what I wanted something close to home where I can get away and lost in nature. I enjoyed the walk and will be back again predominately because of the convenience of how close to home this space is.

Excellent place for walking. However the locals stopped car and asked if we are lost. It's an elitist area

The Randell Park is a mixture open and forested hilly terrain next to suburbia. Untouched it is now, but it does the history of the Adelaide foothills with quarries, cleared and deforested spaces. Great for a walk with easy or more intense options.

Favourite trails in adelaide as they provide varied terrain for hiking. Also there are many secret trails around with old relics and quarries from the areas mining days.

Not too much to see in terms of vegetation.

Gentle hiking tracks, shared with mountain bikers. Quite busy. Vistas of Adelaide and surrounds. Walked up to Belair in roughly 30min.

Heaps of trails of all sorts - bike / walk. Lots of shortcut / longcut options. Some trails bike only, some walk only. Check the map on Mitchum council’s website first. We ended up walking on a bike trail, sorry fellas.

Awesome views, only 7km from cbd, quiet park, never busy. Good walking trails / bike trails. Lots of places to explore. Has dog drinking points now for your furry friend when they join you for a walk.

I especially like the 100m uphill climb. For a bit of a work out and easy way to get the heart pumping I go up and down twice and then do the easier walks. Great views all around.

Awesome walking and riding trail on offer here, first time checking it out with the pooch and neither of us were disappointed. Such a nice little amenity for the locals, provides a sweet burst of wilderness for people living not too far away from the city proper, can def recommend
