Some staff are very nice, very caring and should definitely be working in the care sector, unfortunately that does not excuse how horrible some bad apples may be. If you require urgent care, and you have any other option, do not attend here. Sadly rude, unempathic behaviour and sanitation at times below the Australian healthcare standard.

An absolute disgrace.- Doctors not wearing Covid 19 face masks correctly when talking to patients.- Decisions made in the interest of doctors flawed egos.- Patients explicit wants disregarded.- Patients bullied and intimidated. We would strongly suggest that you not use this hospital and certainly don’t take elderly people here as their needs and wants will not be met. Also don’t bother complaining... as you will not get a response.Hospital should start by getting staff to read the book in regards rights and responsibilities.

Friend went to hospital with a bad hernia which kept popping out. They put it back then sent him home with no pain relief. Went back again, this admitted to have surgery only to be sent home again because the head bloke told the surgeon not to operate as it isn't a emergency. The head bloke is a di sgrace to the medical profession.

My partner presented by ambulance covid positive in severe pain, badly dehydrated from vomiting for 48hrs straight and sick with covid for 6 days to be left outside on the stretcher in 39 degree heat for 45 mins. Even the ambulance drivers swipe card was disabled. He left home at 5 pm I rang the hospital at 8 and they hadn't admitted him so didn't know anything rang again at 10.30 to be told I just had hand over so have no idea ring later. My partner rang me at 12.14am saying you need to come and get me the nurse said I have to be out by 1am because the cleaners will be here by then. They didn't even give him fluids they gave him tramadol and as the nurse was directing him out the door he tried to tell her he felt really dizzy to which her reply was to shut the door on him. No wonder people are dying of covid because they are more than likely shut in a room and forgotten about because nurses are to scared to treat them. No compassion No care nothing.

Just like to thank Dr. Hussein and Dr. Prasshin (I probably spelt their names wrong) for their work in my surgery and to the nurses and anesthetists and students thank you your care was great. Very organized and smooth running hospital, keep up the good work in these hard times.

I go in because im having the worst stomach cramps and pain. And then i see a doc in there who is very rude, yelling at patients and tell me out of his mouth not doing nothing tonight" in a loud mean way and says "Its probably an infection" which ive had for months how does that work!!!!! Might have a lump or sore in my stomach which needs opetating and they still dont care. Just sends me home in pain with no pain relief or a script! Reporting this place to ombudsmen!"

Absolutely appalling hospital.I am a nurse myself and had to attend here while on holiday from Melbourne due to severe pain in my legs.Nurse and Dr both made me feel very belitted and like I was wasting their time. I got asked you do know this is an emergency department

Had my 7yr old there with liver cirrhosis and covid. Left in a cold room for a 9 to 10 hours. I asked to go on the ward which they had told me about, a few times. I suffer with many health issues and hip impingement chronic pain. I told them this. I was concerned I would be no good for my daughter if she needed a liver transplant. It wasn't until I cried that they put us in the ward which they said had only become available although a sign said it was last cleaned on 31/12/21. I was also told I could've not came there and went straight to WCH in Adelaide. It was 2am when ambulance arrived to take us to airport which I knew nothing about. IT was very scary and horrible experience at this hospital

Very efficient staff firstly in the emergency department and in the wards as well. I can’t remember all the names but for a few like Dr. Kyle and the head doctor at emergency, all nurses including Eva then Dr. Satish, at the wards and Sophia. Treated me very well compared to the treatment we get in Victoria unfortunately like in Dandenong and Casey waiting hours to get any attention and getting kicked out even before you recover properly. I honestly think we chose the wrong state to live. Thanks again for what you did to me to recover within 24 hours keep the good work up and be proud of what you do. All the best wishes from our family
