Great course, friendly atmosphere, warm club house and warm reception by bar staff. Played course a few times, not long but tight, challenging greens. Worth playing.

Held our Sporting Club Gala Dinner at the Club last weekend and every aspect of the event was excellent. The venue itself and the backdrop is beautiful, the staff are warm, welcoming and silently efficient - but what impressed the most was the versatility in the kitchen - catering to many dietary requirements and not a hint of a problem.

We are moving to the area and wanted to find our new local. We think we have found it. The food we have enjoyed so far is good quality and quantity for its price. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the West Lakes Golf Club for a meal.

Members go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome. Staff were super friendly though. Nice course but I recommend taking your $75, add $5 to that and go play North Adelaide TWICE. Unless grumpy, whingeing, rude old men are your thing.

As a beginner golfer I signed up for the Get into golf package in late 2021. Brian the pro is an excellent teacher who helped my game considerably over the 4 lessons.The staff in the pro shop were also very accommodating to club orders and merchandise.Unfortunately due to injury I had to stop playing for 12 months. The administrative staff therefore decided my remaining lesson and 2 month membership as a part of my original package were no longer valid. I found the staff member rude and abrupt on the phone and surprisingly the blame was placed on me for not redeeming the remaining package sooner.While my original experience was favourable the administrative staff have left a sour taste. A shame to not honour a package with no expiry. All you lose is a potential member.

Ive been a member here for over 30 years. There's been heaps of changes to the course & club house. The course is in good condition but our bunkers need major attention. The staff are friendly & the food is great. I love the Saturday morning bacon n egg days, wish they brought them back. Keep up the great work

I had never played golf before but decided to give it a go with my husband. I have been a member at West Lakes Golf Club since the first hit I ever took which was about 4 months ago now. We (Darren, my husband and myself) are there regularly and I am so impressed at how lovely everyone is at the Club, including the staff and Pro Shop. As you can appreciate with only 4 months experience with Golf, my game play needs a lot of work to say the least but I am having so much fun learning and getting a little better each time. All of the members are so supportive no matter what level you are at. The meals are also great and I would highly recommend. Whether you’re wanting to meet new people or just hang on your own this club is for you! They have a great bar and my new moto is putt now

Well equipped pro shop, with trackman and mizuno shaft fitting, very friendly and helpful pro who took the time to make sure I was getting what I needed, and genuinely good pricing. I know where I will be going for all my future golfing needs!
