Loads of businesses available here but very confusing trying to find bank branches when they are set up across the entire shopping floor. Parking underneath would benefit having a business directory at parking level outside each precinct entry. Or at least a large board advertising which major business is located at this entrance.

Very small shopping centre, where most stores are very small to the point where you want to get out. Limited variety of stores, only the essentials. Not much variety of food places. Okay for people who get lost easily in bigger stores. Parking is convenient as it's large and just across the road to the shop entrance.

Brookside boasts a good range of retail outlets in a medium sized centrally located shopping complex. Brookside although a bit dated has a modern and pleasant atmosphere. It contains a vast range of well known and loved big name retail shopping outlets and specialty stores all in one place with easy access from both sides of the complex. It has above ground and basement parking areas. On site car detailing facilities. Plenty of disabled parking spots with easy wheelchair access to all entrances. BCC Buses stop directly in front of the Shopping Centre for those who do not drive or wish to. It has public toilet facilities. The center has a spacious food court area, coffee shops and an assortment of food vendors. Plenty of in complex seating at various locations to rest those tired feet. It also has a Australia Post Office, hairdressers, assortment of clothing outlets, medical, QML and optometry services are also located on site. Banking, jewelry, liquor and supermarket outlets for all of your shopping or gift requirements. It has everything that you would expect to find in a medium sized shopping center. As I work locally, I do quite a lot of shopping here on a regular basis. I have personally observed with current Covid 19 restrictions in effect, Brookside outlets do adhere to social distancing and preventive protocols. You can shop here with a high degree of confidence. Please note that I have rated Brookside at four stars only because there are larger and more modern multi level shopping complexes on the North Side of Brisbane if this is your thing? I still like Brookside for its easy no congested access. Everything is on one level. I can get in and out quickly with a minimum of conflict.

Great little shopping centre on the north side of Brisbane. You'll be able get at least 80 to 90% of the things you might usually purchase from a bigger shopping centre like a Westfield, but has you covered everywhere else. Car park is a little tight, but if you're worried, there are plenty of outdoor spaces. Right next to a Train station for if you would prefer to leave the car at home. Lots of food options and majority of the big banks. Does save a trip into the city or to a bigger, busier shopping if your toy to avoid those places.

I go there all the time as I live just 2 streets down. I've found it to be a really friendly store. The staff are lovely.

Yeah a nice little shopping center. Nothing crazy big but easy to get a car park, good choice of shops, and a few little places to grab a bite. Would be good to have nice restaurant there but that's just a passing thought

Brookside is an accessible shopping mall. The have implanted lifts and ramps. They have multiple wheelchair parking and access points. Some stores do not have wide enough aisles for an electric wheelchair, but majority have been do.
