An excellent little park. The play areas were sufficiently well defined and designed such that both of my young children were able to enjoy the place without getting bored. The high rope bridge was very high, and the little train themed everything was good.The toilets were rather well laid-out, too, with the parent’s room deserving a special mention.And it was all rather shady! Which was great on a hot day

What a great place to escape to. Plenty of space for the kids play and run around. Lots of coffee shops for the adults, most importantly you won't have much issues with parking.

Great little park to take the kids too - terrific range of play equipment - and nice shady large grass area to crash out on.Tip - if your keen for a cool snack for a date or the kids try the larder across the road for a terrific gelato.

Such a lovely park and playground. Large grassy areas with plenty of shady trees. And even a covered stage area. The playground was a huge hit with the kids

This is a great space for families. Everything is neat and well maintained with play zones for a variety of different ages. John Scott Park is the heart of Samford Village.Order some early Thai food from Aluntum Thai Takeaway across the road and let the kids play here while you wait, or BYO and utilise the BBQ facilities on site.

It's a beautiful park for families. I visited on an extremely hot day and thought that it would have been great to have child friendly water play area.

Beautiful compact park that somehow packs in a sealed BMX course, some grass for littlies to kick a ball, a basketball court, a lovely playground with gorgeous trees providing dappled light and picnic areas and public, free, gas BBQs. Wonderful place in the heart of Samford Village to grab a coffee and something to eat and have a picnic and enjoy the atmosphere. With the Harry Potter themed Store of Requirement across the road, kids will have so much fun!

Great park. Toilets and plenty of space and swings for the kids to fly around inside. Lot of parking also.
