Stayed here a number of times. Good overnight though there are a few permanents. Friendly and tidy enough and keep to themselves.

Free stay, had toilets, no drinking water, met some friendly people who seemed to know each other.

Not as good as a few years ago. Long term homeless now outnumber the grey nomads and other campers.

Like this place as a rest stop when we're out on the bikes. Always overnight campers there.

A good place to camp. Clean toilets, bbq and playground for children. Unfortunately we weren't lucky and ended up camping next to loud old men that screamed and watched movies all night long.

Well maintained. Plenty of room to spend the night. Nice view over the paddock. Road noise did not keep me up.

Nice to have free camping with toilet, however looks like it’s now a permanent residence area, complete with roaming dogs , further more the dog $hi!

Usually a nice tidy park and good place for a break. But it is now overrun by campers

Cruise Park is a great free overnight camp. It has a 2 toilet blocks, one new and one old. Both have men, women and disabled facilities. They are both well stocked with toilet paper and soap and we'll on maintained. There is a playground next to the toilet block with a slide, monkey bar, climbing net and fort over wood chips. There are also several bins across the toilet block. There is a.bitumen parking space in from the toilets and.a.large grassy area at the back of it. Unfortunately, despite the signs of the park being only an overnight spot some people overstay their welcome and stay more then the allowed time and makes the place look unkept however the Woodford council makes sure than the grass is well kept which is a real plus. An added plus to the park in is the Deadwood pizza. This gourmet pizza offers wood fired great tasting country pizza that is different from the mass produced pizzas of the big enterprises. Although a bit pricey for $22 a box, you will not regret trying their delicious pizza! Kudos to Woodford council and residents for offering this free camp for us travellers. Generator allowed.

Stopped overnight in our campervan before going to Woodford folk festival. Lots of people camping, very safe police do regular patrols, no water to fill up water cans
