Minto Massage

The massage itself was ok I had a foot massage, but unfortunately the owner had decided to conduct a business meeting in the massage seats with two men discussing credit cards and license numbers etc, it didn’t feel intimate and relaxing hearing business discussions two seats down from where I was receiving my massage bit to mention whenever I glanced over at them the older man was staring, was most unprofessional and uncomfortable, business discussions shouldn’t be in the massage area, especially when you are paying for the experience, there was a cafe just outside they could of shifted to

I went here today. I paid for neck, head and shoulders for 30mins. I don't know if I got the angriest massage therapist of all time but I have bruises running down my spine that are deep purple and take up alot of my spine. I still have the knot in my neck which I explained is why I came in today. I got a massage from Charlie I overheard the receptionist say. I studied this profession myself so I know what to expect but when I said it was too hard and caused me pain he said okay and continued. I will return tomorrow to ask how these giant bruises are even possible from the selection of areas I did and if you can not see the bruising of your clients. Turn the lights up. Unacceptable.

The best massage always, have been coming for years and never once been disappointed. This is the ONLY place I come to when I need a massage. All staff are amazing!

Very unprofessional behaviourCould not imagine Receptiontist doesn’t not know how to speak with customers politely booked for message day prior she would not take me as she took someone else without intimate or cancel my appointment I face this unprofessional attitude second time in same business after complaining to menager no improvement not even apology. She talk to customer so rudely and seriously service is so poor never recommending

I specifically booked in advance for two male massage therapists. Arrived for my appointment early and got told my booking was not specifically for males and it was placed under the wrong name. There was no attempt to try and rectify the problem. The customer service is beyond horrible. The female massage therapists are useless. After 3 attempts with female massage therapists I would not waste your time or money in this place!

I had an hr massage here it's was the best massage I've ever had I was so relaxed I will definitely come back here again the receptionist was so friendly as I left she gave me drinks and chocolates you don't get this service anywhere very happy

Booked for 1 hour on the phone but when arrived they always changed to 45 minutes. The boss speaking in Mandarin telling staff to change the appointment to 45 minutes. This is very unprofessional, and don't assume customers don't understand what you're saying. Strongly NOT recommended!

Awful.It was extremely unprofessional. I paid for a 90 mintue hotstone massage, cost $110. It was suppose to come with a 30 minute feet reflexology massage. Which she didn't even do.The massage only lasted 50 minutes.I woke up with bruises all over my back today. While I was receiving the massage I asked her to go softly and she kept laughing at me, and then she continued to put even more pressure. The whole experience was extremely painful and unprofessional, there was also another worker that kept walking in to have a conversation with the lady that was giving me a massage. I was unable to relax from the pain she was causing. And the amount of time the other worker walked in. I have been vomiting all morning from the amount of pain I'm in. The massage was awful. And I would not suggest anyone to come here ever. I have been crying all morning from pain and the amount of bruises all over my back.

Paid for an hour. Messager was doing great but the owner come in half time and send the messager to someone else. I was waiting for 15 mins no one came back. I have to leave. Never come back again.
