Dr. Cindy is a very kind, hardworking and caring vet, and her hospital is set in a beautiful area where our dogs can have a wander afterward. Highly recommend!

I travel nearly an hour to New Era because Dr Cindy Mathews is a skilled veterinarian and surgeon who genuinely cares for her clients (us human owners included!).My ridgeback x Sal runs into the clinic every time and is always happily greeted by the super friendly and caring New Era team.There is lots of spaces to wait inside if you have a dog like Sal who I have no control over when he is excited.There is also an off leash shady area that Sal loves and a beautifully clean and easy to use (get a big heavy dog into) dog wash.I highly recommend New Era, Dr Cindy Mathews and her team.

We would like to say a special thank you from the bottom of our heart to the highly qualified specialist Dr.Cindy that accepted us for an emergency booking with our lovely Dog who is very dear to us and is a part of our family. We came to this clinic via a recommendation of a family friend who we called asking what vet they use and they've been with New Era Vet for 5 years now. Our friend told us that in most situations you should go to this clinic first before searching for any type of alternative and you wouldn't be disappointed, we made the decision to go from Clarkson which took a 1-hour drive one way it was definitely WORTH IT!!!New Era Vet definitely deserves the support of all Pet owners and a high ranking of 5.0 Stars, the staff are friendly, the clinic is well kept, they are very professional in their approach and Dr.Cindy straight away did everything to make sure we know what is wrong and she treated our fluffy family member with utmost love, care and professionalism.She even told us about things he has that no other vet clinic or vet Dr mentioned about his overall health and pre-existing conditions, so it turns out for the past 8 years we have been going to a clinic that only cares about money and probably had malicious plans to only tell us about these issues once something sever would have happened to our boy so that they could make a nice profit off his suffering and off our love for him.Again we were astonished by the level of professionalism, the care shown in treating our pet and in the love Dr.Cindy clearly has for pets when it comes to helping them and their owners who cherish their pet like a family member! Please support this amazing Vet Clinic and if you are ever in need of a true saviour and a professional for your fluffy family member then ask for Dr.Cindy when you visit New Era Vet!Update: Our boy feels so much better today after our visit, he has a healthy appetite, his personality returned, he's playing with his toys again and most importantly we now know what to look out for and do in regards to his condition and other things affecting him. Fingers crossed we get to spend more precious time with him and create a lot more loving family memories for many more years!

After a lot of vet shopping we found this wonder vet Dr. Cindy. She and her team has been so caring and ever helpful. They also have green waiting bays, in case you have an anxious or reactive pet, you can wait there. All in all, our pet is happy and we are happy with New Era Vet. Highly recommended.

Cindy is the most caring vet and professional person we have been taking our two toy poodles to Cindy since she was doing mobile vet 2017 our dogs love her.Ajax had to have his hind leg removed due to it not being viable Cindy removed and he didn’t look back until two weeks ago when he had an accident on his only rear leg Cindy took so much care of Ajax he had to have surgery so he could walk again Cindy contacted a specialist and Ajax had a Toggle inserted. This is Ajax home now a week after surgery. Thank you Cindy Chloe Jo and Courtney for looking after our baby ❤️❤️❤️ From Julie & Ian
