Terrible service here recently. We firstly waited 15 minutes (at least) for service. We chose 3 items and were told a price. Next thing we know the bracelet price wasn't what the sticker said but much more. Ok. Given another total price. Oh the lady had forgotten to include one item in the add up. So another $60 was added. Awful. We left and looked at other jewellers but returned to purchase the items. Awful bumbling service.

Spoke to the watch repair man outside shoe shop. Altered my watch strap free of charge. Such a pleasant friendly man would definately go back to him if I needed any repairs in my watch. Also would like to say a big thank you to the lady in the shoe shop. Sold my mum and I a pair of shoes and boots. Very helpful and down to earth it was a lovely experience making a purchase from her.

Went in for a lifetime care package service on a expensive set.Asked if i could modify my set.Response was sorry we do not modify and was asked if i wanted too sell my set.We then discussed husbands lack of cooking skills and the effects of coffee.As apose too my expensive modification plan.I dislike giving negitive feedback and may take my lifetime care package to bayside, where i had my set custom made.

Free battery replacement for life of watch, only problem just got battery replaced & 2 out of the 4 hands aren't working, expensive watch, have already had it repaired once because of faulty workmanship, won't be buying another watch thru them again, need a watch that is reliable

I was given a beautiful bracelet for a Xmas gift and it is too small. I was told that the bracelet was fully guaranteed. It was expensive yellow and white gold. When I returned it to the store today I was told too bad you didn't purchase it so I couldn't get a refund or even exchange it without a receipt. Who is given receipts by the person giving the gift. I don't. I have shopped here in the past lots of times but never again. I now have a bracelet that will sit in a draw forever how good is that. Will never shop here again. Staff were really rude I felt like throwing it at them. This is not right.
