What a shamblesI booked online to see Dr RandaWhen I arrived for my appointment I was told that Dr Randa only takes appointments from existing clients…. wait what ?Why ?What’s the difference?I don’t understand how a supposed medical professional can reject the medical need of anyone.The most disturbing part of this fiasco was, the counter person had no concern for my medical condition… noneNot one question regarding my medical need .. nothingPeople deserve better than this complete ineptitudeThe last time is saw Dr Randa I found her to be very thorough and caring…. What happenedI suspect it’s not Dr Randa but the substandard helpIf you’re interested my condition is urgent and serious!Thanks for nothing Campbelltown Medical and Dental Centre you’re a disgrace

After attending this practice for many years we will be looking elsewhere. Over the years we have put up with many issues including a flawed booking system, unhelpful staff, and more recently an abrasive manager to see our wonderful GP. Unfortunately, he left the practice and many of the other doctors will not take appointments for us as they classify us as 'new patients'. The few who do have appointments available I have experienced over the years when my GP was unavailable and for different reasons are all on my 'do not want to see list'. I am writing these comments to prevent any more emails or phone calls from the practice manager requesting me to explain my rating.

I have been going to this Medical Centre for many years and seeing Dr Randa Al-Hajali for at least 20 of those years. From the beginning she diagnosed my 14 year old daughters health issue and set her on a treatment regime. She has been on top of both mine and my husbands health by regular health checks, advice and encouragement. She is on top of any issue and guides us to the best specialists when required and follows up. Most recently her professionalism in staying on top of yearly blood tests has resulted in my husband having cancer surgery at an early stage with a very positive prognosis.If she is worried and has a sense of urgency she will call the specialists rooms herself to ensure a prompt response. She has done that a few times for me when she was quite concerned.Most of all she cares and that combined with her knowledge and professionalism makes us grateful to have her as our GP.(I have also been more than satisfied with the treatment room, pathology and the imaging and ultrasound arm of the practice having used them all many many times).

The new doctor, Dr Aslam I believe was great, honestly. It's been awhile since I've found a doctor who is willing to sit you down and tell you what you need to hear rather than what you want hear and provide an actual solution instead of churning out patient after patient.

Had to go to the dentist. I Never want to go to the Dentist. My appointment was with Stella Ko, and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and talked me through everything she was doing. Despite my anxiety she really helped me get through it and was the most positive dental experience I've ever had.

I recently came to see Belle, the physiotherapist here. She was absolutely wonderful, polite, on-time and was quick to get to work with me. She helped me understand what was wrong and gave me a totally new perspective on my path to rehab. I recommend her to everyone now. Very impressed. She is by booking only. I was talking to her and apparently she also does NDIS home visits privately. Not sure how the Dr's here are, i havent seen them but the physio Belle is on top of it.

I have been attending this clinic for roughly 12 yrs, and I stuck with them as they were brilliant. Since Covid times, the practice has gone down hill drastically, lost a few of the really good doctors, others on leave with no solid return time.One of my most recent visits was on a saturday mid-afternoon, I was informed we have no doctors on"

We Have been going to this medical center from before it moved into this Building more than 28 yrs but never again. We pay a Medicare levy in our taxes of over 6k and now we are expected to pay $80 to see a Doctor, which we very rarely do. You wait ridiculous amounts of time, that is if you can see a Doctor at all. I also find you are a $ to them and they no longer try and find the cause of the aliment just treat symptoms and send you on your way. Money is more important to them than patients.

Used to go to this clinic lots but very disappointed with the service. Called before going to the centre and was told to come by specific time so we can get seen by the doctor. Went there within time frame and had to wait almost 3 and half hours just to get my husband and tired and sleepy toddler to be seen by a doctor who only saw for 5 minutes. The waiting time is horrible and really can't imagine waiting that long to see doctor when you are in pain and feverThe doctors some of them are rude and receptionist some are rude too.I would rather pay the $70 to another clinic where the service is better and more time efficient. Never going back there again.

Very rude and unhelpfulI had to leave work to come to an appointment that I had booked online only to arrive and be told that the doctor I had booked into see only treats regular patients and to come back after 5pmI came back letting the lady behind the counter know what happened earlier in the day and she reply’s with “the doctor you had an appointment with will see you take a seat”I have been waiting for 2 hours nowNone of the staff seem to show any urgency or careAll I want is my results from a test that was done 3 days agoThe service has gotten worse since we had to start paying for itWill not be comming back here once I have my results back
