Lovely spot for a picnic, multiple BBQ’s and huts with seats and tables.Bathrooms are a bit tired.Kids can easily fall down into the bushes on all sides.

Awesome views. See the trains pass by at a distance. Nice park. Kids play area. Fishing and boat ramp. Ample of free parking and a Cafe nearby

Upper McKell Park
I went to Mckell Park many times with family members and friends. A beautiful and peaceful corner near Hornsby. Many fishmen and many Pelicans. Nice place for a picnic party in the weekends. You can take some nice photos there too. I am going to post a few pictures to show how wonderful it can be.

I loved Brooklyn. We stopped on our way from Sydney to central coast and I really appreciate this short break. Cute small town with a nice walk close of the river. You walk all the way around which is perfect. Views are splendid and you can easily spot pelicans.

Not so busy but small.Parking is always full as there are many boat owners that park their car in the same car park than visitors. A few picnic tables, toilets and a small swimming pool. Lots of people go there for fishing in the evening. Nice short walk around the edge of the water to the other side with more boats.

It was small little corner of haven secluded between the ku ring gai national park trails. Public boat ramp, toilets ,bar b ques, kids playground, everything you can ask for. Nice place to spend a day with family and friends, kids enjoyed every bit of it. Plenty of parking. Fishing and lazing in the sun was great.. highly recommended

A delightful picnic and play area in Brooklyn. Well kept and clean with toilets available. Barbecues are available with some shelters. Keep an eye out for the wild turkeys. There are baths nearby and beautiful views of the Hawksbury River and Parsley Bay
