Great shared off lead dog park and sports ground. Best place to walk your four legged friend, owners watch their animals so great whether your pet likes to play with others or be left alone. Friendly community park. Beware after wet weather as there is no drainage and deep puddles form at the rear of the park - great for water loving pups to play in the mud, not so great for owners

Ron Payne Park has a synthetic cricket pitch and is an enclosed dog park too. There are 2 nets for cricket practice and a small kids play area.

this park used to suck till they updated the equipment now it’s great!! there is also some really nice bush nearby and it is a dog park. only problem is it’s often really boggy so if you bring your dog/child here be prepared for them to get muddy

It's a bit of a paddock. Not great for sport but nice for the dogs who run around there after the sport is over. Watch out for kookaburras. The car park is partially under construction right now so parking is a little more limited than usual.

The park looks new as well as the equipment, does get a bit hot under the sun so make sure you bring a hat there are shaded areas but not at the play equipment. I did find the slippery slide a bit steep for younger kids but everything here seems to encourage imaginative play and get the kids to work on their motor skills. I really like the mini road signs they have in the park we didn't bring a bicycle this time but the track looks like it would be good for beginners.

We like this park. Play equipment that's a little bit different from all the other ones. Added bonus the oval next to the playground doubles as a fully fenced dog park. We don't have a dog, but love meeting other dogs. And there's an entry to Lane Cove NP. Didn't check out the toilets, but looked OK from the outside. Bit of shade on the play equipment would be nice, but gazebo and bench available

This park is quite small with rides for smaller kids. The biggest advantage visiting this park is the walking trail on Lane cove park around the corner. Beautiful waters and scenic views enroute. You can take a full circle and get back to Ron Payne through Norfolk road.

Nice quiet park but could be better without the works going around there
