Good playground for the kids plenty of shade. Also water for kids to swimming and plenty of parking barbecues always cleaned.

Great park with everything clean amenities great BBQ areas swings for the kids. Lots of seating undercover area great for parties Does get flooded with heavy rain

It is just a lovely place to visit the island is a great place to walk round with your dog she loves it and the restrooms are lovely and clean

Great place for family picnics but you need to get there early as there is only one large shelter and two smaller ones with electric bbqs. Great kids playground

Nice hidden gem of Budgie.BBQ facilities were low on fuel.Plenty bins.Trees.Playground.Undercover seatings.Toilets are clean.Safe area for families with supervision.Plenty of spots for fishing.

This is a good place for a stroll along the lake edge. There is a lot of bird life from Ducks and Parrots, to Willy Wag Tails. The people are friendly.There is no concrete path here so after heavy rain the track can get a little muddy. Fishing is not really practical from this immediate area as the lake is very shallow for quite some distance.It is a great place to launch from if you are a kitesurfer mainly I think in a southerly.

Great place.. I visit frequently.. love the footbridge to the little island, a walk round the island does a great job at clearing out the cob webs.. Alway a lot of bird life around...
