Hawkesbury City Waste Management Facility
When I departed on my journey to the tip my expectations for customer service were not sky high. Pulled up to the front gate and was ‘greeted’ by a pit bull wearing a high vis jacket and a poor temperament.I don’t know what happened to the person at the front at 3:45pm on 19/6/22 but don’t take it out on the customer. Will gladly take my trash elsewhere and may I recommend staff leave whatever ‘trash’ they are dealing with at home.Seriously, go somewhere else. But thank you for your advice in your facility being expensive.

Had some rubbish to dispose from blue mountains and pulled in to hawesbury city waste to be confronted by a man asking where is our rubbish from,told him we have come from blue mountains,he said no only residents within the hawesbury area can dispose here,there's NOTHING on there website stating this,to be honest seems like they were picking and choosing who comes and goes,wouldnt have not driven the 30min travel there if I knew that,NOT HAPPY with the experience AT ALL,take my money else where.

I have to give a negative review and I wanted to give Zero Stars. While I can appreciate that people can have their off days after all we are all human, BUT the staff at this waste facility are undoubtedly the worst to deal with. This is a reflection on the Hawkesbury Council and I have to question their criteria to hire, by the looks of it, there wouldn't be any. Not asking for top shelf service, but the staff members approach is straight to confrontational & aggressive. Each time we have done a tip run and we have abided with the tips rules each time, you get some kind of hostile and agitated unnecessary response. I just don't understand why they are like this. If the staff really hate their jobs and their life that much, just move on. Let someone else do the job who has evolved enough to have basic manners.
