From the moment we arrived there was a fellow ready to show us our powered site for our van he said to hubby ' run her around the road there and you can drive her through to your site'More parks should do this, it was such an effortless start to a wonderful stay in beautiful Narooma

BIG4 Narooma Easts Holiday Park
Our cabin was clean, comfortable, well equipped and with a spacious deck. It's a perfect location. We explored Narooma, walked to seals, beautiful beaches to its north and excellent local cafes and shops. The oysters from the local farmers are amazing.

Great park great location close to shops and club. The park is well maintained. Only thing a little disappointed with the wifi we ended up having to use hotspot on our mobile phones. Great park for kids but would recommend to bring scooters or bikes for kids to ride around as there is a walk way off the park they can use. Other than the wifi we will definitely be back again.

BIG4 Narooma Easts Holiday Park
Family friendly, affordable, accommodation with a fun little splash park the little ones loved (though I wish there was a baby pool in the same room as the slides).Camping isn't our thing so we stayed in a cabin which was small but tidy. Our 4 year old loved the novelty of sleeping in bunk beds.Great location as a base in Narooma; we loved walking down to Australia Rock and seeing all the seals.

Amazing holiday park, was maintained well, amenities were always clean. The spa and splash park were a favourite of our families. Perfect location, will definitely come back!

BIG4 Narooma Easts Holiday Park
The location of this park is amazing, on the water and walking distance to cafes, IGA, butcher, fruit shop. This is a fantastic park and if never disappoints. Super clean and fabulous facilities including splash park and pool. Staff are amazing and always on hand to make sure everyone is safe and able to enjoy their holiday. Can’t wait to come back again.

BIG4 Narooma Easts Holiday Park
Great location and clean cabins.But.................I Definitely do not recommend this place. The staff members were extremely rude besides laura at the reception.Our family was sitting on the grass having a picnic and playing cricket.We got asked to get off the grass so they can cut the grass on a busy Saturday which the grass did not need mowing.We moved for them to mow the lawn and they took 30 min to mow the lawn that didn't need mowing and they only mowed that section and left.Not only that we got harassed every 30min with the staff driving around in his cart giving us dirty looks and just trying to find things just to pick on us.Also there was a 10pm curfew which is fine. He would come around 5.30-6pm telling us the curfew is at 10pm when clearly it was only dinner time.Our kids would be walking along the side of the road and they would stop next to our kids telling them to get off the road. When clearly there is so much room for everyone. They would also come in the pool room and tell the kids off for being kids.My family and our friends will definitely not be coming back or recommending this place to others.

BIG4 Narooma Easts Holiday Park
My partner and I along with a group of our friends recently stayed at the park. Overall I really loved the location and facilities, however we were only told on arrival that those of us that were camping were not allowed to park our cars next to our campsite. This was really frustrating as it ment we weren't able to use our side awnings as part of our site and we weren't able to make alternative arrangements because no one had told us that this was going to be the case prior to arrival. On top of that while we were setting up security came and told us we needed to keep all of our valuables locked up, which wouldn't have been such an issue if we could have had our cars parked next to our sites. Instead we had to spend the weekend moving back and forth between our sites and the cars to get our valuables when we needed them. I'm really unimpressed with the way this park has handled this situation and although it's a really nice site I will be thinking twice about camping here again.

BIG4 Narooma Easts Holiday Park
Great location and facilities, clean cabins and IGA/cafe/bakery across the road. However….We stayed 3 nights with a large group of about 15 families for our annual holiday - this was our 5th year. We are always mindful of booking before peak season so we weren’t too disruptive to others in the park. Our stay was not as relaxing as we had hoped for as we felt like we were being watched and picked on for everything we did.On the first night we had a few men sitting outside our cabin enjoying a drink and catching up as you do on holidays. Fair it was past 10pm, but it wasn’t that loud, and we basically booked the whole first row of cabins and no-one else was behind or around us. We got given a warning the next morning which was fine.At 6pm while all the families were having dinner in front of our cabins, we got a drive by warning “reminder” that we had a 10pm curfew. 4hrs early??? It was still daylight!By 9.30pm it was dark, all the families back in their cabins and a few people sitting on the verandah of one cabin. This time we get a drive by from the Police. They hung around until 10pm, which by then we were all inside. Is this even normal procedure? We had done nothing wrong.I don’t know how they would handle a large group during peak season and at full capacity if they couldn’t handle our group!?!?This was only one of the many examples and we felt very harassed and unwelcomed.

BIG4 Narooma Easts Holiday Park
We had a very strange stay at the BIG4 Narooma Easts Holiday Park. The facilities are nice but we found nearly every staff member rude when they were asked for something and even when they weren't. Perhaps there was concern because we were a large group but we never did anything wrong and kept out of the way only to experience hourly driveby's, reminders about rules we hadn't broken and feeling like we were being followed everywhere. We've stayed at many BIG4's and do this every year but won't be returning to this one.
