History of of Canberra comes alive when visiting the atmospheric location of the old brick works. Adjacent to the Canberra Golf Club, this place has a few lovely trails that offer serenity from the hussle and bussle of Canberra life, traffic and especially crowds.

It's a spooky hollow, reminds me of reactor No. 4 at Chernobyl. There is a regular ghost apparition of a woman carrying a child. Evening and twilight is the best time to see her. We saw her around 5.20pm near the tall chimney.
