Amazing doctors, nurses and receptionists who always greet you with a smile even in the busiest of times! Nothing is ever too much trouble for worongary medical centre. I feel like I’m listened to and always taken care of. I recommend this medical centre to anyone who asks for a practice that ticks all the boxes. 5*!!!!

I just had the best experience at this doctors surgery. Dr Anushi Mousa was brilliant. She was so caring, professional and knowledgable. She really listened and sorted out an issue I have had for 2 years with my chest. I am already feeling better. Such a relief to get a professional, knowledgable doctor who cares. Elise on reception was really helpful and lovely too. Thank you so much xxA quick update......I now see what the few negative reviews were about. I have changed my 5 star to 4 due to today. One receptionist today 29.12.22 was extremely unhelpful when I asked about getting my daughters stitches out. This is our surgery but I felt like we were a huge inconvenience today. The receptionist said our Doctor Anushi could not take out her stiches and the nurse was full today and tomorrow. The earliest was 3 Jan. I asked if this is ok to wait this long for stitches to be taken out and she said she did not know. I said I guess I will have to find out then. Very disappointing to be treated like this. I would suggest some training on customer service. A different receptionist Elise was so lovely and helpful last time.

They are not on time with their appointments at all, you will be waiting for anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour from ur scheduled appointment time. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of the patients time.

I have been attending this practice for quite some time now and I’ve always left there satisfied & impressed by their doctors and staff.I’ve seen a couple of the doctors and they are very friendly, skilled and professional.You’re always welcomed with warm smiles from the ladies at the front. They’re very bubbly and pleasant!On multiple occasions where I’ve had to ring them, they’ve always gone out of their way to help.One of the nicest practices I’ve visited in a while and I’ve recommended a few of my friends and family here too, who have shared the same opinion.

Some doctors are over scheduled and do not meet appointment times as scheduled. This is very unprofessional and a complete disregard for any person that may have other obligations. Recommend this medical establishment consults with an outside agency, on how to manage their time and scheduling for potential patients.

I have been seeing Dr AJ kuriakose for many years, I have seen him for general check ups for myself and my whole family along with anti wrinkle injection and fillers. He is always honest, professional, on time and very through. I have also recommended many friends to him for cosmetic injectable’s and as an gp, every one that I know has seen him can’t recommend him enough. I highly recommend any one looking for a great allRound medical professional.

I cannot speak more highly of the Doctors and Staff at the Worongary Medical Centre and in particular Dr David Simpson. He is so dedicated and continually demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge in the field of medicine.

We have been attending this practice since 2015. During this time we have always found the medical, nursing and reception staff to be caring and professional. During our visits since covid, we have noticed how much busier the reception staff, in particular, have been. During our visit yesterday, the phones never stopped with enquiries for appointments and immunisations, they managed with the same caring professionalism. Our consultation with the doctor was just as thorough as ever, even though he was covering for absent staff.We would have no difficulty in recommending this practice to our friends.Ron & Heather Brown

Do NOT get ur fillers done here!!! He has NO idea what he is doing! Uses anti wrinkle" injections & calls them " fillers" which is why he needs to use TWICE as many ml's. Costs u TWICE as much. And only lasts 3 MONTHS!!! See a beautician or cosmetic surgeon. This guy is a GP ONLY with delusions of more than he is AND has a serious attitude problem!!!"
