Dr Gentner's performance was AMAZING. Grew up with anxieties about dental procedures. Virtually, effectively, not even discomfort during the procedure. Very quick, smooth initial anaesthetic needle work. Post-procedure explanations of the procedure informing me (if anything, thinking after the fact about what had been done was more uncomfortable than the procedure itself). Cannot fault Dr Gentner's technical or patient work in any way. Additionally grateful to him for easing an early life habit of dental anxiety, simply from how well this major (three canal) treatment went.

Cannot recommend Dr Matthew Gentner more highly - I was so nervous about my first root canal and he was so clam and gentle, it was easier than getting a filling! The practice staff and dental assistances are also so warm and friendly. Thank you for taking care of me :)

The only fault I could think of to improve would be to offer a payment plan for the bill. Not everyone has $3800 just laying around.From the point I walked in the door and was greeted to having the procedure by the team, and a relaxing environment, all the way through to walking back out. I couldn’t fault anything else. It was perfect.Highest professional care from all members of the team. I felt very calm and safe. Not a single bit of pain during or after the procedure. It was like getting a normal filling at the dentist, but it took a bit longer.I’m feeling fantastic today; with no swelling, no discomfort or pain.I would definitely recommend going to the Endodontic Group for a root canal procedure.I have been diagnosed with severe anxiety and panic attacks. But I felt very comfortable being here.They emailed me an information package before going in, which had a video link to their website where they detailed answers to all of the questions you are most likely to ask about the procedure. It helped put my mind at ease.

Excellent preparatory information sent to me before the root canal, quoted upfront so I knew the costs, pain-free procedure once the anaesthetic kicked in, friendly/cheerful and professional staff, appreciated the follow-up the next day to make sure I was OK. Many medical practices I've been to could take lessons from this Brisbane group.

Can not express my thanks enough to Dr Timothy Smith and the team at Endodontic Group, who made having a root canal an enjoyable experience. The whole process ran extremely smoothly with the amazing reception team making sure all my information was readily available prior to my appointment. It was so convenient having access to online history forms, and even checking in with me a few days after treatment to ensure everything was feeling okay.Dr Smith made sure to relieve any anxieties and fears I had prior to the procedure, and talked me through the process. Dr Gentner was excellent. Calm, professional, efficient and informative. I never thought I would be rating 5 stars on a dental procedure but here we are.
