I was pretty anxious to have a treatment given past bad experiences with hair removal but was immediately put at ease by Jade on the phone with my initial enquiry. Alice gave the treatment at my appointment and again, she was so lovely. Both girls answered all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. These ladies know their stuff and are just so kind and gentle. I’m actually excited to return! 100% recommend.
