I have provided the clinic with this feedback and feel potential clients should know about my experience if they are to pay top dollar for their treatments. All I wanted was to reduce back pain but the lack of professionalism means I will not be back.I have had 4-5 treatments and of those only 1 has not been either been rescheduled or asked to be rescheduled by the clinic. I have limited availability and when I make an appointment I choose a time that suits my schedule. I expect a clinic to be able to honour the time slot that I booked.In my first appointment I was promised an exercise/stretching program which took around 3 weeks to be sent. If I’m paying $120 for a treatment then I want to be able to do my preventative exercises within the first week.Also, I did not receive my tax invoice from my first appointment even though I was told it was emailed. I called and left messages with the external appointment team around 4 times and sent many emails without any response. I had to go to the clinic and ask for the invoice and when I arrived I was told to just call up. I refused to leave until they emailed it to me.

Both Denis and Tom do amazing osteo work to relieve and prevent my migraines. Their colleague Luke does real physiology-based massages that deliver amazing deep-tissue results...not those 'light and fluffy' massages you get elsewhere. A really amazing team to keep your spine and muscles in great working order.

I had been suffering from back pain since I was pregnant (over 2 years ago) and it had gotten to a degree where the pain would sometimes keep me up at night. I saw a chiropractor in Subiaco first but was very unlucky, and after about 10 sessions with him the pain was still there. Then someone recommended Denis. After the first session my back was significantly better and after the 2nd session the pain was nearly gone. Denis is concise (he's straight into his work) but knows exactly what he's doing. I'm very lucky I live nearby but even if I didn't, it's definitely worth the drive

Denis Winter is the man with the magic hands. Fixed my tennis elbow in a couple of visits after a Masseuse, Acupuncturist, Physio and even my Chiro had all tried and failed. Friendly, professional and 100% recommended.
