Disappointing. Purchased an inverter AC but got a faulty one. Called the service in 2 days after item arrived, to realize the same item has many negative reviews on the internet. I booked in for service, many transfer calls, and wait for a few days then got a disrespectful call where their “technician” stopped me from explaining the problem and say no problem with the air conditioning, but there’s problem with my HVAC professional knowledge. ( I work with industrial air compressor company with a license)He said will charge me to book the in warranty service. Definitely ridiculous business and will certainly not recommend to anyone

Have phoned teco on 7th, 14th, 21st nov 2021. Also 1st dec. Looking for air con service. A lot of excuses and lies. Told someone would be in touch with in 3 days. Also told some one had spoken to us this morning. They in dispute with contractors in Townsville and will not be out til Mid January 2022. Not good with 30 to 35 degree heat daily. Would not use Teco ever againAbsolutely no customer service what so ever

Never ever ever again, better off throwing your money in the wind. Going to consumer affairs. I have an LG air con which I have never had problems with ever. Buy thatI have the same air con, I have had it for 4 years, I first called teco in warranty as the air con drips water in summer and in winter it doesn't turn on. I have to go out to the meter and flick the main switch. Teco got a contractor out who charged me $400. Teco customer service is very very poor.

My Teco LS-LT2508V Worked for 20months then died, service guy came out and took a long time to fix - never seen this problem before etc, problem re-occurred just out of warranty and now not worth fixing.Bottom line, Don't buy TecoIncompetent customer service and horrible product.

Bad, bad..I bought an air conditioning Unit lacking of technology and it's the way it was manufactured.I purchased model TWW60HFCG which was a shocking purchase. My stupid mistake.These Units don't allow of setting temperatures in Auto mode.In Heating mode we can set the temperatures but in Auto mode don't!In Cool mode the fan never stops causing a massive waste of electricity.Consumers, think twice!This Unit lacks of technology.
