We have been incredibly impressed with the high standard of customer service at Hart & Co., before, during and after purchase. They really go the extra mile for you. Sales staff look after the client (on price and otherwise) and are not only informative, but offer truly helpful advice as they know the products so well. We never felt pressured and were supported in our choices and delivery of the appliances every step of the way. The chance to see cooking appliances in action prior to making decisions was amazing! We would highly recommend Hart & Co. to anyone looking for new kitchen appliances.

What a delight to shop at Hart & Co. As soon as we stepped into the amazing showroom we knew we had come to the right place. Service was friendly, prompt and efficient. We came in to buy a new washing machine and ended up purchasing the matching dryer. We chose Bosch appliances Series 8 and are finding them excellent so far. Delivery was arranged and the appliances arrived the following week fully installed, packaging and all old appliances taken away. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and it felt great to support a WA owned family business.

Fantastic customer service from Hon. Able to help me promptly with my request, supplying a fantastic quote within a few days as well as offer up alternatives for consideration.Even better, Hart and Co has the capability to store the items until I require them meaning I could but for my house build and lick in the process with confidence the items would be stored. Given my builder couldn't do the same (items all went obsolete because they don't actually purchase then until required) this gives me a lot of peace of mind

What started out as not the best experience has turned out very well. I very rarely complain about issues but when I did one of the Directors (Bel) contacted me and personally resolved it. She obviously cares about the Family business and followed up throughout the resolution to make sure it was going in the right direction. Very thankful for her quick response and honesty and have no hesitation recommending Hart and Co. This type of after sales service and complaint handling means I'll be back. Thank you Bel.

Bought a ovens couple months ago asked to be all black as our kitchen is black. They told us it’s all black and now we opened most of it is grey. It be nice if they be honest from start. It has ruin my shopping experience with this company to trust them again. I have called them and they said they will call me back and it’s been 3 weeks now and still waiting. Customer service is not one of their strong area.

I’d like to take a moment to provide some very positive feedback on our experience with the Rick & Co. team.We visited over a week ago looking for an oven, cooktop and rangehood. This was a very challenging experience as our oven is a 700mm Smeg with minimal replacement options, the cooktop cut out was odd sized with minimal replacement options and the rangehood flue size also out of the ordinary.We would like to recognise and thank our consultant’s efforts for taking the time to explore all options with us over several visits to the store. His dedication to help us was second to none. Our budget was medium but we were treated as high end customers. Not only did we receive exceptional advice we had a great time during the process.Due to the knowledge of staff, the friendly and professional interactions and the second to none store presentation we will certainly be approaching Hart & Co. for all of our future appliance purchases before any other provider.Highly recommended and thanks to the Hart & Co team (Greg :))

We visited Hart & Co yesterday to consider new appliances for our new home. We were greeted by Janice who then introduced us to Margaret and Mitesh. Not only were we given great insight into the different products but to demonstrate the products, they cooked us Mushroom Risotto and a cheese toast in the different steam ovens to help us select the right product. We were blown away by the high class service. They also have free cooking sessions that we can attend to get in-depth knowledge of the different cooking appliances before buying. Top notch!

We were warmly welcomed as soon as we walked in. Daksha looked after us and was professional from start to finish. She worked with us on our choice of appliances (2) for the kitchen and laundry. Purchased a fridge and washing machine from here. Having now used both appliances for several months they have been operating perfectly as described by the staff. The warehouse guy Liam had outstanding customer service and was very knowledgeable across the entire range of stock and left me feeling informed and secure in my purchases, having a team member being this attentive and knowledgeable is what lead me to make my purchases here rather than their competitors. Will always be buying all future appliances from here for this reason.
