I got a bento that I regularly get from other places. The sushi was underwhelming. Had way too much tuna and little to non of anything else. The avo was starting to go brown. My miso soup was not good. Was just overall underwhelming. For almost $20 I’m disappointed and won’t be ordering a bento from here ever again.

Ordered chicken katsu got Coles pressed chicken schnitzel on boiled rice with a limp lettuce leaf. Not impressed.

Crab salad inari was amazing. the prawn rice paper hand rolls were yummy the teriyaki sauce is my favourite tho. sooo flavourful and wonderful. highly reccoemnd they also have a loyalty program!!

I recently visited this shop and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received, particularly with the overcharging of my bill. The staff's excuse was that their menu had not been updated, which I found unacceptable.The lack of transparency in their pricing is concerning and makes it difficult for customers to trust the establishment. I also found the staff's attitude to be dismissive and unhelpful when I raised my concerns.Overall, I would not recommend this place based on my experience. I believe that a business should prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. happy to talk

Bought a takeaway box of tuna sushi. It had some sauce and toppings but there was no signage to indicate that it was spicy. Too spicy for me. Could not eat it. The shop is super clean, friendly staff, good prices and a nice location near the entrance to the Melville Plaza Shopping Centre but too many spicy options. Perhaps all the spicy food should be at one end so customers know.

I come here quite often and get sushi and udon, but recently they've been getting worse and worse. The staff provide 0 customer service and half of them stand around looking for something to do while no one is making the actual food. The packaging was poor and had leaks while it was slow and unreliable. Come here for sushi, go somewhere else for any hot food.

Great sushi and and lovely staff.My wife and I get sushi here often and have never been disappointed.I clumsily dropped my tray when leaving the shop and the lovely staff replaced it for me free of charge. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We always get the teriyaki tofu don, it's so delicious & such a good price. The team is very friendly too ☺️

Friendly staff, often make to order hand rolls if you get min 2. Usually pretty fresh. Sashimi sets are also decent and not a bad price. Sometimes feel like bowls and hot food is a little hit and miss.
