I started training with MPower Movement in the beginning of this year and I've noticed a tremendous change in my strength and capabilities. Santy customizes each session with a lot of thought and planning to benefit each client's goals. She's a great listener and advisor and she takes personal interest in seeing results for everyone she works with. She takes time to check in and available to answer any questions you have. Santy is very knowledgeable and accommodating when it comes to creating work out sessions for her clients. I've equally enjoyed her group and individual sessions.

Santy is an excellent trainer. She is very knowledgeable and focused on technique to ensure that you not just get the most benefit from each exercise, but that you minimise risk of any injuries. She's very friendly and flexible with training times.

I have been going to Mpower movement for over 6 months now and every day is a new experience. Santy ensures there is a new combination of strength training exercises each session, to work different muscle groups and above all keep boredom away. Santy takes personal interest in each one of us, during and post training sessions. She coaches you on correct form and won't let you go ahead until you have corrected your form. There are plenty of classes to choose from, to suit your schedule and you get to make up for any missed sessions as well.Santy is extremely encouraging and not aggressive unlike a lot of trainers, which could sometimes be intimidating if you aren't getting the form right. All in all, a great decision to join her and would like to continue to work out with her!!

Santy’s training classes are incredible! They’ve helped me gain in strength and confidence, as well as pushed me to be a better version of myself. The exercises are tailored to your level of fitness but Santy makes sure each and every session will be a challenge!

Started training with Santy over 6 months ago after having baby no. 2 and it’s been the best decision I’ve made. She motivates without being too pushy and always changes up the sessions so they never get too repetitive or boring. She places great emphasis on maintaining correct form to ensure you get the most out of the work out but more importantly that it’s safe - especially for postpartum women.Santy helped me reach my goal of becoming stronger, fitter and losing my pregnancy weight so she’s a keeper! :)

I have been training with Santy for nearly 12 months. Before I started I had major core stability issues that caused reoccurring back and hip problems. I had had these issues for 8 years since the birth of my first son and after experiencing a large abdominal separation. I was also experiencing a huge lack of confidence in my body and my ability to move and function doing day-to-day tasks. Santy trained one-on-one with me until I felt comfortable with the exercises and moving my body. She has helped me build my confidence in my own body's capabilities and helped me build my core strength to the point now that I can do almost anything. Best of all I can do all the things I want to with my two boys!With Santy I also get to train with an amazing supportive group of ladies!
