The thought going through my mind is that you only find out how good your property managers *really* are when things go wrong. Well, I am giving praise and thanks to LJH Woolgoolga partly because Hayley Allen has shown herself to be a consistently reliable rock of calm professionalism helping me to deal with multiple and exceptional problems all at the same time. She's great!I'm also doing this because Hayley's predecessor Shelley Pryor competently helped me manage my property over several years, including from the start demonstrating an ability to find great tenants.So far, I've rented my property for >6 years, and in that time I have tried three local property managers ... LJH Woolgoolga have proven themselves. If you're reading this, maybe it's because you're looking for a good property manager. If so, I suggest you give LJH Woolgoolga a try.If you're reading on ... I should also give thanks and praise to Mark Peel. Mark was the guy who sold me the property in the first place. When he did, it was the 10th property transaction I'd personally made in 10 years. Across all those, I found him to be very competent. If you're looking for someone to help you sell your place ... I recommend him.

Sell or buy with Mark anytime.My husband and I weren’t sure where to start in regards to selling our first home. We spoke to a few other agents but when speaking with Mark we knew we had found the one. Mark was completely upfront and gave us clear and pragmatic presale appraisal and advice. Throughout the whole sales process Mark was professional, realistic, and always willing to have a chat. He made sure we knew the process and understood what was happening. Property maintenance is a big one for these guys. They make sure you are in a liveable house and/or your property is being very well maintained.

Worst real estate I have ever delt with. Unprofessional, compulsive liars, don't take ownership of their mistakes and management support the property management at any cost. Very disappointing in a small town.

They get 5 stars for the damage caused at my investment and another 5 for mismanagement and obvious ineptitude. The place has been destroyed and will cost thousands to repair. Look up product reviews for a more truthful assessment of these people,its not 4 but in reality 1 . Post that on you're web LJ property destroyers woopi.
