Today we had a wonderful experience at Harvey norman Carindale . We purchased a bed and mattress and cannot thank Greg Tatnell enough for his patience and knowledge on his products . He spent so much time explaining everything we needed to know to help us with our decision. He is a true gentleman and would recommend Greg and his store to anyone looking for the best customer service and pricing . Thanks Greg your are a champion.

Definitely Recommend!!!!This Harvey Norman is great to access as it’s just outside the Westfield shopping centre, parking is good as it’s right out front. Walking through the store you could see the furniture was really well styled and nice to walk through for inspiration. The actual tech side of the store is great as it’s decently sized with everything super easy to find. I’ve just recently made a few purchases and they have been the best price locally.Also the staff here were extremely professional, every staff member that I walked by checked in with me making sure I was okay and left me alone once I said I was fine browsing, which is a big ✅ .

You can return purchases at any Harvey Norman store.Let me see what I can do to upgrade you to the next model at a more competitive price..”Guess which store we’ll be returning to?

I was looking to purchase the latest Dyson stick vac. The young man who served me had so much knowledge about not only the Dyson but the other brands I asked about too. His name was Rory and i would highly recommend him to deal with. Excellent customer service and very professional.

Went to buy a new TV today and waited for 20 minutes before a staff member approached me. I asked a few questions about different TVs and was given a patronising response and made to feel rather inadequate. I’m by no means tech savvy but did not deserve this rudeness.The man then said to me ‘think about it’ and walked off to speak to a male customer who clearly knows more about TVs than I do and was more interesting to serve.I would like to pass on that I went elsewhere and received much better service and have purchased a bigger and more expensive TV. Had I been afforded a little courtesy, I would have purchased the same product from Harvey Norman.

Please change your delivery service it is EXPENSIVE and not worth the price. I was aware that the coffee table was heavy and that I would have to assemble it my self. But not that the 3 piece lounge would come all together in one big heavy box! I told the delivery men that I was on my own and would have no way of unboxing. Zero care factor and a standard reply of its not really my job. If there are any other delivery businesses out there that can offer better service more than happy to pay appropriately. Instead of having peace of mind and enjoying my new lounge. I now have a PROBLEM.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HARVEY NORMAN!!!! About 14 months ago I decide to buy a latop off them and it has been the worst experience of my life. The charger died about 1 month outside the warranty period and they did nothing. Then the battery in the laptop also died and again they did nothing, they offered to replace it for a price but like off about 300 dollars. A LAPTOP SHOULD LAST FOR ABOUT YEARS NOT 1 YEAR. They were so unhelpfull, like the battery died but they should at least cover the repair costs as the warranty only just finished. I SHOULD NOT BE HAVING TO SPEND ABOUT 1000 DOLLARS FIXING THE LAPTOP. There has also been other issues with the laptop like dead pixles and white spots in the sceen as well as keys just falling off. Harvey Norman is the worst retailer every. I would strongly reccomand no one buy anything off them.
