I have a problem with throwing my phone and breaking it. I came into the North-lakes store looking for something that can protect my phone. Seth came up and was so lovely and relatable. His product knowledge was amazing. He was able to recommend the best case and screen protector for my phone. He changed the screen protector over so fast while still maintaining great conversation. He provided Excellent customer service and i walked away very happy. I also got my watch repaired. Seth got in the screen in very fast and had the replacement done super quickly. I cant recommend Seth more he never made me feel stupid as was very helpful.

Purchased 2 covers from this company in Morayfield to discover they sold me the wrong ones. Go bk to return them the business has gone with no warning everything diverted to a north lakes stores..who wants to drive to that arshole place. Apparently only managers new the business was shutting up shop very bad business staff communication. Why take ppls money if u have to go to a completely different suburb to organise returns. Not happy at all.

A few issues with my phone after waiting a couple hours they couldn't find a part I needed, was looking like a couple day wait for a delivery and then Nathan came on shift and sorted everything out. He is a wizzard ! Highly recommend him. He cares about your time and your phone . Absolute legend !!!
