The lady on the counter with blond hair is very rude. She served me before at Berwick brunch as well and I had the baddliest experience with her. Too much attitude for nothing. Relax ,you just count money

Came to deposit some coins (on a sat morning) and was basically told to go away and come back Monday-Friday as i couldn't use the coin deposit machine. Not everyone can come between Mon-Fri due to a thing called work hence why I thought that's why certain branches were open on the weekend? What a waste of a morning!

Useless customer service, lady told me to wait 40 min in the line to open my new bank account. After 40 min she said I have to wait for 1 hour more. When I asked why it’s too late she said u can go to other bank if you are in hurry. !!! This is not my first review !

Went there to open a kids account on Saturday, told me to come back with the birth certificate. When I have returned with the document, they denied to serve me with some other excuse. Can't understand why they didn't tell me in the first place if they are so busy. Would be thinking about switching the bank definitely.

If there is zero, I will give ZERO. The Indian appearance femal staff was very rude, it's just passed 4PM, she shut the door over my face and shouting to me, you can't come in. I am not trying to break in, I just want to ask a quesion. She just said back there are people before you ,just wait, then I waited and waited, she is not coming back to me.I don't undefrstand how bank staff can behave like this? it's like she owns the bank.

The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the lady who helped my first was wonderful. The 2nd lady couldn't care less, didn't listen to us, gave us an absolutely horrible attitude and was just plain rude. I've had another interaction with the lady on the door too. Telling us to leave on a Saturday morning because there aren't tellers on so she couldnt help, wouldn't listen to ask, wouldn't answer our questions and told us she had other people waiting, which I think is absolutely obsurd to not have tellers on weekends.
