Liz was fantastic. She is new but she was friendly, knowledgeable and humble. Bought quite a few things off her.Was very disappointed in the manager, Tony, who told her off in front of me for offering a discount. I found him to be very abrupt and unfair in the way he spoke to his staff. I told him so and he was quite rude to me and my friend. Nearly lost the sale.Would be happy to shop here again - thanks to Liz.

I called into Domayne penrith for the first time in very long time .Omg what a beautiful store .I purchase some cushions the store manager that served me was very helpful.I will be definitely shop at Domayne Penrith again .I definitely recommend Domayne Penrith .

Sales lady would not leave us alone to look around. Followed us around the whole store even after we mentioned that we just wanted to browse. Felt pressured so left before considering buying anything.

Appalling experience, ordered a lounge 16th of July this year, received it 1st of November only for it to be the wrong size. Manufacturers fault but am still waiting for the new one to arrive. No urgency or proper customer service shown whatsover from Domayne Penrith to fix the issue even after numerous emails but today customer service emailed saying it will arrive Thursday but will deliver it Saturday.... Not Thursday! When you've waited 5 months what's another 2 days hey. Never shop here people, disgraceful.

Shannon recently helped me find a new bed working on a tight budget. It took several visits to make a decision and she was very patient with her time and my multiple questions. She is knowledgeable, honest and helpful, and worth seeing if you need a new bed.

Good place to shop Anaconda, Bunnings The Teaspoon cafe has good coffee and there is a big Medical Centre there and plenty of parking

If I could give Domayne zero stars I would... unprofessional, unreliable and dishonest.I ordered a lounge 5 weeks ago. Upon purchase I was told it would be dispatched within five days. I had received the lounge with a $250 discount. Five weeks later I received the lounge which was the wrong size, I had confirmed that the lounge I had ordered would be a 3.5 seater however I only received a 2 seater. I called to discuss the matter with Domayne, I was assured I would get a call back from a man by the name of Tony. I didn't get a call back so I called later that day to see if I was able to speak with him, when the assistant answered the phone I heard the first woman I spoke to say in the background tell her that he is on the phone or in a meeting and that we will let him know shes called" which I found to be very unprofessional... Yet again no one had called so even later that day I had called back this time to be told that the phones in the lounge department isn't working and that I cannot be transferred to tony. I ended up speaking to Tony who was very rude and abrupt. He said that "customers are stupid and change their mind all the time" and that we were just unhappy with the product. I've attached photos of the lounge I assumed I was receiving and the lounge i had received. Domayne have now offered to sell the display lounge at the size I was initially after for the price of a brand new lounge. After all of this i just want a refund and they wont even do this for me.I'm not sure how Domayne has more then three stars. after sharing my experience with friends and work colleagues

Very unhappy with the delivery service.On phone customer service lady said delivery guy just need your hand from door as he got trolley to lift mattress from car to the door but delivery boy did not use his trolley at all and asked me to pick other side of mattress king size from car to the door.Very unprofessional.Paid Delivery fees for no reason.Not happy at all.
