bp Truckstop

It's an excellent BP station where the fuel prices are normally cheaper than other BP stations. The only drawback is that BP Me app is not supported here, and people need to go in-store to pay.

Petrol is always the cheapest but twice I have filled up to recieve my 2x 4x or 6x Qantas points promotion and both times the Qantas scanner has not worked, today I lost 300 points and a 6x Qantas promotion because scanner wasnt working.

Something fishy with this location’s 98 fuel. I always fill the tank until it clicks and then some. My 2019 CX5 typically has 540km fuel range at full tank of BP98. Recent refuel only shows 490km, time prior was 500km also…Might go back to refueling at BP Guildford instead, at least they take BPme APP payments

VERY RUDE!! I filled up my car but did not accept company petrol card to pay. Said the system was not working. Then he serve the rest of the customers first and asked me to stand aside while serving others using the machine. I insist that I want to pay using the company card. He then said I'm not doing any favours for you".I had to pay out of my pocket $100 instead of using the company card that I never had any problems with paying at any of the petrol station in NSW!! VERY RUDE and DODGY! I would've give a ZERO if I can."

Night Shift Guy behaviour is very bad and treats very badly with customers

4 march 2022.... @ 4.30pm I came in to return a fly spray coz it didn't work. And explain how it didn't spray so my partner got angry and squeezed the bottle that had a few dents Mark's on it.. i went to swap and they told me i couldn't swap it coz it was dent.. but it wasn't even spraying in the first place... that's why i came to swap it.. i have witness that the bottle wasn't even working i spent alot on that fly spray and they still didn't want to give my refund or swap for a new one.. but than the shop keeper had the decent to swear at me coz i was very disappointed, coz he didn't give me any options.. but than he was soo rude to me in stead and kept swearing at me, and I'm 7 months pregnant... some Indian guy with glasses on... I should have reported him for doing that to me coz now I'm very upset.. no respect what so ever... sooo rude...You should deal with this kind of behavior coz it's not good ...Very dissappointed...

I have been here about 5 times and each time I say hello to the guy working there (same guy), there is never a response , if he cannot afford the simplest reply to a hello then unfortunately I cannot come back again , the manager has replied to a lot of negative feedback but nothing has been done , you are losing customers over simple customer service issues,

Filled up here. $95 later and the points to my BP card were not added because the machine had an issue.So what now, I lose my points?Customer service was appalling. Something seems shifty. Not coming back and will recommend customers to go elsewhere.

Have visited this BP at night of 02nd April 2:20 AM, guy working is arrogant. Seems to be in stress or he is ill mannered.He was smoking on site too.
