Beautiful location. bathrooms a bit rundown, showers 4mins hot water 4mins cold, very dimmed lighting, with a sensor that switches off after 5mins of a night. Found it a bit overpriced.Moonee Beach reflections campground just as much a beautiful spot same price for unpowered site, unlimited hot water, very clean bathrooms. Locks on bathroom doors that work. A very updated laundry. Family kitchen with TV and provided cleaning supplies.

This campground is a State forest with kangaroos roaming the grounds. Anyone can wonder around as the beach is open to the public, but it has a safe feel about it. The amenities are clean, showers are hot. No hot water in lower amenities at the basin. The kitchen is set up with only two sinks very close together, so it's pretty much only suitable for one at a time. Each camp site has a concrete pad in the lower area with powered sites. Along the beach front has no powered sites. The gaol is great to visit and look around one afternoon. The Cafe in walking distance great location for dining.

Absolutely beautiful part of this great country. Clean camp ground and amenities along with very accommodating staff. Reasonably priced at $35 p/n right on the beach (non powered site but with access to potable water) or $45 for a powered site.

This view truely speaks for itself. The amenities are also wonderful but the entry door to go into the bathroom doors were your meant to add in a code, don’t actually lock and need to be fixed. Not pet friendly as it’s a national park and no pets are allowed in any national park!

The campground has an amazing setting. Direct beach access, rather shallow water with sandbanks creating a natural pool. Great for people afraid of sharks and with kids. The campground is inhabited by mobs of roos, the animals are very calm, jumping around the sites feeding on grass. There are short hikes around, that start and end at the campground. Why only three stars for an otherwise five star location? The price! It’s absolutely overpriced for what it is. The facilities are acceptable clean but old, shower heads positioned 1.7 m above ground making it impossible for all average and above males to take a shower without doing gymnastics. The camp kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a toaster, one bbq and one electric stovetop. No pans, pots or other utensils. Nothing to clean the BBQ after using it. Sponges are provided but something basic as a dishwashing detergent is missing. They don’t provide bins! They say it’s to protect the animals and to use the money to keep the site running. All doors are password-locked, easy thing to provide bins behind locked doors and the price should include waste management. We’re used to basic campsites providing nothing but a vault toilet. Our complains are clearly on the luxury end of the scale and we really wouldn’t mind the amenities and service provided by this campground if it was reasonably priced. However, a public campground that charges almost 60$ a night (2 people) for an unpowered site should do better. Sites allow for up to six people which comes in at a whopping 175 $ per night. We did a four week road trip and this campground was one of the more expensive ones, providing a below average service. They know they have a prime spot in nature, I wouldn’t even ask them to upgrade services but to make this beautiful spot more accessible to people on a small budget by asking a fair price.FYI: the beach and national park is accesible for day trips with free parking. This might be a great alternative to experience the location at no cost.

This place is amazing. Trial Bay Gaol is great to visit. Great place to swim. Walking trails. Great facilities. Pricey for a National park but worth it. (For those that need it there is a dump point for toilet waste.)South West Rocks is a 4km drive. There is a Coles if you need groceries.
